MARTIN COUNTY —The United Way of Martin County and AARP are once again working as community partners to provide volunteer income tax assistance to Martin County residents.In 2009, the United Way Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, also known as VITA, and the AARP Tax Aide program provided tax assistance to more than 2,100 Martin County residents, resulting in $1.7 million in tax refunds …
